Rochelle Tan
As an Agile Evangelist, Rochelle Tan has over 20+ years of experience in agile transformation with small to large organizations from various industries in North America and Asia: Oil and Gas, IT, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, and Government. She is an accomplished Digital Transformation Consultant, providing Portfolio and Program level transformation to help companies successfully deliver the highest value for their customers.
Rochelle was a key driving force behind the Digital Transformation initiative at Chevron Corporation. She spearheaded the Digital Incubation program within Chevron’s Cloud Acceleration initiative. This resulted to the deployment of 15+ high value MVP’s and establishment of high performing and sustainable agile teams within the first year of operation. She recently started her own consulting practice with RTculate LLC. Enabling organizations transition from a project to a more product-centric model. She draws her best work when faced with complex initiatives and organizations.
Cassandra Chew
Cassandra Chew is a Senior Technical Program Manager at PlayStation. As a seasoned thought leader, she leverages her creativity and zest to cultivate an environment where her teams and collaborators can thrive. The number one factor to her team’s success is keeping things simple, or in this case, bite-size. By equipping her teams with easy-to-follow tools and techniques, they are empowered to effectively deliver on their customers’ objectives.
Cassandra’s track record includes the successful adoption of Targetprocess as Chevron’s resourcing tool and the acceleration of Chevron’s migration to Microsoft Azure. These feats were accomplished due to her partnership with other leaders across the industry and the creation of a Digital Transformation program that onboarded developers and agilists alike through a crash course in Azure and the Agile process. In her current role, she is focusing on creating a coalition of change agents in order to scale agile across the company.
Although a native Texan, Cassandra has made the San Francisco Bay Area her home. She loves hiking and exploring the many hole-in-the-wall restaurants found throughout the bay.
Ginny Sikri
Ginny Sikri is an experienced Program Manager with a robust background in driving complex initiatives and promoting innovation within the technology and finance industries. Her career highlights include launching AI-driven SaaS products, Digital Banking transformations and the delivery of intricate solutions across multiple countries.
At Data.ai, Ginny’s leadership was pivotal in the seamless integration of AI-powered products, significantly enhancing enterprise analytics and customer engagement. She masterfully orchestrated cross-functional teams, meticulously planned project roadmaps, and ensured flawless execution, positioning the company to achieve its go-to-market objectives.
She spearheaded digital transformation initiatives at First Republic Bank and Fremont Bank, where they modernized core banking platforms and drove business operations with precision and agility leading to enhanced customer experiences. At Wells Fargo, she led strategic planning and execution for critical business exits and digital projects, navigating the complexities of regulatory compliance.
